I am using structures as Steven kindly explained above.
Now, a new, strange, problem shows up: As the first step, I am loading each separate matrix and then put them in a structure array. I save the resulted structure array at the end of the code. Since each matrix is huge I do this loading and patching in a remote unix server where I can ask for huge memory. The problem is for no reason that is known to me the resulted structure is saved as an EMPTY mat file. When I copy the resulted mat file to my local machine and then import, the import wizard shows an EMPTY mat file and I can't open it. The size is about 128 bytes!
I know the structure is there I can work with it in the code but I just can't save it!! I don't know why.
Any idea why?
